Background
Launched in December 2020, NyamNyamBox is an innovative delivery platform that has rapidly grown in South Korea, surpassing 30,000 daily calls and over 1 million cumulative calls. With its fast-paced growth and network expansion, the platform required real-time call data transmission and uninterrupted service availability. To support efficient platform scaling, NyamNyamBox needed an all-cloud infrastructure and service management solution that could eliminate reliance on physical hardware-based systems.

Partnering with Solbox, NyamNyamBox successfully implemented an All-Cloud Integrated Solution, enabling stable and efficient platform expansion and operations. By adopting Cloudflare Enterprise Plan, NyamNyamBox ensured uninterrupted service availability even under DDoS attacks, prevented Name Server attacks, and optimized traffic distribution for its core MAP API through Load Balancing. Multi-cloud redundancy was implemented across Naver Cloud Platform, AWS, and Cloudflare, guaranteeing high availability and seamless failover. Additionally, Cloudflare Analytics & Logs enabled real-time detection and blocking of abnormal API calls, user-level access tracking and blocking, and traffic rate limiting by domain or path, improving both performance and security.
